Our journey has 3 main events that have led us to where we are today.
Entrepreneurship & Consulting
It all began back in 2011, when we started exploring digital entrepreneurship and consulting. Our path has been shaped by extensive experimentation with various business models and systems to grasp the "ins and outs" of the digital world. We consulted various businesses, generating $10M+ for our clients and ourselves.

The next pivotal moment came when we faced a critical choice: continue as traditional consultants or innovate new business models. We chose innovation to break through the glass ceiling of billable hours. Lasse joined as a new core member in the team, shaping our trajectory and expanding our delivery capabilities to help significantly more companies achieve breakthrough results.

Harald Røine
Founder & CEO
Harald has been in the digital business industry since 2011. For the past decade Harald has worked with everything from building startups, to advising large enterprises on how to leverage the digital space for growth. He is relentless in his pursuit of building infrastructure that empowers aspiring and existing entrepreneurs and corporations.
Lasse Flagstad
COO and Managing Partner
Lasse is the acting Chief Operating Officer of Buro Ventures, and manages of all of the activities inside the company. He is a true man to his word and works diligently with the sole goal of creating a larger impact on the world through the products and services of the Buro Group.
Mohamed Elsheikh
Content & Parnter Coordinator
Mohamed came onboard in mid 2024 and has been steadily taking over our internal content workflows. He's working on tightening up our video editing, LinkedIn scheduling, and backend systems so we can scale without chaos. He's also developing partnerships with universities in Egypt to help us source hungry young talent to scale our remote team.
Joni Leimala
Advisor
Joni is an advisor and board member at the company. He entered the digital landscape in the mid-90s and has held several executive roles in the world's largest media companies. Joni aids in crafting strategies to future-proof the Buro Group.
